Ordering and payment
In general, when booking a hotel room via online booking the full amount is to be paid upfront.
Please note: The minimum age of tenants is 18 years. When booking more than 60 days prior to arrival and / or booking long-term stays, group travelers’ stays and the like, a shorter payment deadline can be obtained by contacting Skagen Harbour Hotel (info@skagenharbourhotel.dk / telephone + (45) 9844 6716) 14 days prior to arrival.

The booking can be canceled up to the day before arrival for a bank and administration fee of DKK 100, – per room.

In the event of cancellation, the prepaid amount will be refunded deducted the above fee.

Cancellation of privately owned apartments

If cancelled no later than 14 days before arrival, the prepaid amount will be refunded against a cancellation fee of DKK 300,00 per booked apartment.

If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, there will be no refund.

Cancellation insurance
When booking a stay, cancellation protection can be taken out.
The cancellation protection means that the prepaid amount, without deduction of fee, is refunded in the event of cancellation or cancellation of the stay due to acute illness, accident or death affecting the tenant or his next of kin. Cancellation protection costs 5% of the booking amount and must be booked and paid at the same time as booking the stay. Cancellation must be duly documented at the request of the hotel.

Force majeure
Force majeure In case of force majeure, the reservation can be canceled by both guest and hotel.

We welcome pets in room specificly suited for pets in the front of the hotel.

Arrival and departure
Arrival from 14:00 to 18:00 or as specifically agreed upon.
Departure no later than 11:00.

Any complaints should be made immediately at the hotel reception.
